How much does VuzoPay cost?

Individual Plan: R35/employee/month. Business Plan: R25/employee/month (minimum R100/month). Screening: from R49/check. 15% discount on annual billing. All prices include VAT.

Is VuzoPay BCEA compliant?

Yes, VuzoPay is fully compliant with the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, including leave accrual (15 working days annual, 30 days sick per 3-year cycle) and UIF calculations.

Can I use VuzoPay for domestic workers?

Yes, VuzoPay has a dedicated Individual Plan designed for domestic employers managing household workers.

Does VuzoPay handle UIF remittances?

Yes, VuzoPay automatically calculates UIF contributions (1% employee + 1% employer) and generates UI-19 declarations for submission.

What screening services are available?

Identity verification, criminal record checks, credit checks (NCR compliant), reference verification, and contractor vetting (company registration, financial checks, insurance verification).

Is my data secure?

Yes, VuzoPay uses bank-level encryption and is fully POPIA compliant. Data is stored securely on Google Cloud infrastructure.

Yes, VuzoPay integrates with WhatsApp to send payslips, leave approvals, and notifications directly to employees.
